Fluently just English and Mandarin, the former is his native language (duh) and the latter he learned after getting captured by the Red Army in the Himalayas in 1969, as you do. He was tortured and brainwashed and sent back to London on an assassination mission, but then he got better.

I'm pretty sure he also knows some French and a bit of German even though his father expressly did not teach him any. And he can read a little Cyrillic after spending the few months prior to dying in Russia.
