۵ NAME: carmilla karnstein, as far as anyone here knows. thank god the magic network couldn't sniff out that was a psuedonym, or her contact details would be a head scratcher...

۵ SUMMARY: a three hundred year old former countess that spent a few hundred centuries under the thumb of a goddess trapped in a skinsuit, and lost a great deal of her moral fiber in the interrim. when she eventually tried to cool it on the mother requested murder she ended up trapped in a coffin of blood for decades. eventually she fell for a tiny blonde co-ed and killed mommy dearest with a magical sword, and now she's here, and she's cranky about it. she's not evil, not really, but she's also not about to trip over herself to be nice or help people.

light in the darkness. — she really needs a connection to someone or something to motivate her to do . . .. like, honestly, anything that isn't 100% selfish. she lost a few fledgling cr points and she's recoiling hard so it's gonna be even harder than usual BUT PLS i want her to care, and i know it's hard. if you have soft, kind, spunky chars good at bulling a broody vampire into giving a crap, hmu.
catnapped. — she's going to get napped in the new event and nothing bonds people like trAUMA!!! in fact i think it would be great for her to kinda connect w someone and maybe try and protect them from the kidnappers since she can. it wouldn't stop anything i know, but she could try anyway and it'd result in bonding! and just someone to commiserate w inbetween tortures, as you do.
super friends. — is your char vaguely supernatural? sweet, she automatically respects you a bit more than the human types. and infinitely more than those hunters that loudly announced their presence via network post. i'd love to get her connecting w more supernatural types because she's just less standoffish with those that "get it", at least a little.
snack potential. — when she first arrived she stole a bunch of blood and yowie zowie, has it been running low. she tried eating a spirit and that didn't work, so now she needs to make a snack of someone still living-ish. be it coerced w compulsion, or an attack, or just good ol' manipulation... if ANYONE is interested in this lemme know, or i'm gonna try and set her up getting blood from rastus.
explore pals. — less a thing carmilla wants and more a thing i want. i suck at the explore system and would love to jump in with others so i feel less intimidated by it. if you want a cranky panther babe along? lemme know.

If you don't mind the idiotic teenage pick-up line attempts (which, let's be honest, both he and I know will fail), I would love some cr with Carmilla! Masaomi isn't the softest, but he's definitely squishy and spunky and has years of experience bullying the quiet ones into silly adventures. He would also legit willingly offer up blood if he knew she needed it because hot chick. (And also because he can't leave anyone alone, but he's not going to talk about that bit.)

Masaomi's being kidnapped as well, so they could have a moment then if you'd like! He'll be doing his best to put on a brave face, but again, he's a squishy, so he'd probably need protecting at some point too.

she might mind them, but honestly he reminds her of kirsch, who was big and dumb like a puppy. she didn't like that guy or anything but a reminder of what used to be is almost nice.

you do look like a good snack, masaomi, and being either sweet or dumb enough to let her eat you a little will endear her at least a little!!!

but aww man kidnap bros. that would be fantastic! i had a few ideas i'll throw into a top level and we could maybe mix the protecc and snacc into one!!

Hahasob, it's par for the course with him, but he gets less obnoxious about it the longer he knows someone. And hey, as long as she keeps talking to him, he'll be happy.

That sounds pretty great, actually! Sort of like Masaomi trying to return the favor for Carmilla's help and apologize for not doing anything himself. I'd love that.

vaguely cooperate is the hard part but hey, she doesn't totally hate her at the moment, that's pretty good right! and mb after being a fellow kidnap victim they can bond a lil, at least in wanting to get revenge.!!

Hi, just wanted to check in on this CR! I feel like I got performance anxiety somewhere in the last couple of months with them and I'd like to fix how bad I fell off of pursuing their threads. Let me know how you feel!

I don't think you have to feel bad! I know she's a bit of a pill but she is begrudgingly ambivalent abt both sides of soras coin. In fact The idea skyler brought up that sora wants to be her friend despite her being a constant asshole might have gotten to her a little bit.

Not that she'd ever admit it... but it did!

AH nah no worries about my feelings i just figured that i was just overthinking their cr, as I do! LOL that's lovely to know!

Let me know if you want to set up anything? I know we had some plans kicking around during the last CR meme that I'm still interested in pursuing, but if you have something else in mind, let me know! (I'm perfectly aware that Sora's going to have to be the one to initiate things most of the time so I don't mind making a starter for anything!)

i don't off the top of my head remember what we chatted about then (prank wars maybe?) but i'd love to do a thing. if you want something before the event: she got really sick after feeding on a spirit so that could have been a good opportunity, both to treat her like a human being which she never knows what to do with, and to realize she's not human.

she's also very moody abt people she liked leaving so she was trying to make brownies like midge did and failed spectacularly, he could have run into her doing that at the landmark!

as far as the event goes, there's stuff too, i have a comment you can look at. maybe something might click for you, if not, we'll find something else! don't stress too much, ok?

Prank wars sounds familiar, but i'm interested in Carmilla being sick, actually? I feel like they should probably build up to a prank war, maybe get Masaomi in on it? Brownies definitely later if you're still interested!

SLKDJF I'm gonna put it down as Saturday the 29th after the event because as it so happens that was the only free day he had! Casually shoves aside all other things he was going to do to make room for this

Where would she be during her being (checks the explore) wow, pretty violently sick? I can have Sora check up on her pretty much anywhere, whether she's struggling to get out of the Landmark or if she's stuck in her room! Or somewhere outside!

(Also, I notice that no one's described the aurora to Matt yet? Unless you've got that planned with someone else, Sora could always give it a shot! No guarantees though, he's either poetic or the vocal equivalent of a stubbed toe.)
