Y'know what? Buck would absolutely obey Rosi's orders. I mean, unless they were really stupid. And even then he'd kind of... ask a clarifying question that subtly points out how very stupid that is, why don't you revise that plan to something a little more sane.

Also, honestly, all Rosinante would ever have to do is ask. Bucky has no hangups whatsoever about sharing what history he remembers beyond "how uncomfortable is this making the other person" and... sometimes not even then.
