You know what, I think Bucky has been quietly and without fanfare timing his patrols to be at the times Javert is just finishing his, so their timing only just barely overlaps. So there's more complete coverage.

bucky you're the real mvp. i got a feeling javert kind of knows about his patrolling habits so he probably sends messages to him occasionally asking if there's anything strange or unusual he's seen. he's really just making it so difficult for javert to hate him. 😂

Bucky is surprisingly good at making it hard to hate him, it seems like :D

In reply to one of those messages, Javert probably got told that the spirits (some of them) know Morse code. Bucky will then be surprised that Javert does not know what Morse code is >.>

YOU'RE RIGHT and that's why maybe bucky should try to teach him because he would absolutely want to learn, it sounds useful

Okay now Bucky has to teach him Morse. That's gonna go well I'm sure. Trying to give the handler instructions XD

It'll take like .2 seconds before Bucky just panics and installs the "learn Morse code" program onto Javert's tablet instead. (Matt got it on a little flash drive, then gave it to Bucky cuz Bucky helped HIM install it :P )
