As always, it's been incredible to see just how much everyone has been willing to reach out to one another both in and out of character, and with a wide variety of new players (and new characters from old players) having joined us recently, there's sure to be a lot to talk about! Why are so many new people also patrolling. It makes Bucky's patrolling feel superfluous but he can't just stop :| Combo hypervigilance and boredom.

Also, look, he is determined to look out for Castiel. Brainwashed bros gotta stick together and keep each other from lapsing too bad.

honestly, I wish Cas had been here for hallucination even because AHAHAHA

That would have been PAINFUL

But yes. Cas can join Bucky on those patrols. He's also incidentally not someone who needs to talk much.

(and if he startles you by creeping up on you unexpectedly, you can totally just stab him and he'll be fine.

is Castiel silent enough for serum-enhanced hearing to not hear him coming? cuz if so Bucky's going to have to request he like intentionally make noise. he really does not take startling well and he doesn't WANT to stab you, pal.

and Cas is missing out on hallucinations THIS time too by being a sleepy-ass instead of a defender XD

it's almost like I looked at my characters and went "Cas would be useful for the defenders to have, and it would be really horrible if El were a Defender at great risk of death" and then cackled like an evil person.

Nah, he's not that silent. If he flies, his wings (and clothes) rustle. His shoes make sound. BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT he can also cloak himself and go invisible and then not make any sound. That'd burn through his lantern real quick tho.

Oh good. Don't do the magic thing, and you won't startle him and get stabbed :D

though I mean, if he ever wants to KNOW what Bucky saw in those hallucinations, all he'd have to do is ask. Bucky is fairly forthcoming about a lot of things.
