This is a slow burn thing, but Aziraphale broadly fits V's idea of a father figure. Something she's never really had or most recently, been betrayed by. I don't really think V is capable of redemption, but then again, she's never had reason to.
Basically would you be interested in some kind of gradual trust thing? There is definite danger of murder involved, because that's what she does, and it might not really build to anything until much later on (post killings). ALSO it requires a certain amount of emotional investment in an individual that maybe Aziraphale doesn't do? So feel free to say no thanks to that word vomit, lol.
