Cas and Bucky should spar. Because Cas can take a *beating* before it starts bothering him, man. Over time if they ever fight side by side, Bucky might also realize that Cas fights like a creature that can not be killed, or else like he's okay with ending up dead. He's a sword fighter and a power house, but can't rely on his powers here as much. So he could probably do with some non-sword-fight based hand to hand training. He started learning how to use guns and some basics, but he never had to truly fight like a human.
