DAILY LIFE for the most part, just getting settled. establishing a pattern of reinforcing wards (especially during the spooky hallucinations event), walking the space around her cabin, poring over her books. she's slowly getting acquainted with the town, focusing mostly on the library and the museum, and every so often venturing to the water's edge to peer curiously at the water. reveal your secrets, water!
LANTERN it's a copper lantern, one very similar to the lanterns used at hogwarts. it looks like this.
APPEARANCE/STYLE she's living out of her bag, so it's very much a collection of denim and earth-toned blouses & jackets. exhibit a, exhibit b, exhibit c, exhibit d
LIVING ARRANGEMENTS she's living in the village in a one-bedroom a-frame. icly, she doesn't want roommates. oocly, i like making her suffer. she does have the expandable wizarding tent which i'll have her pitch in her backyard at some point which can sleep... a stupid number of people, i'm happy to have her host a witch's bed and breakfast for plot reasons.
IN SEARCH OF icly: a way home. a nap. a nice bath. for things to not be Disastrous all the time?? oocly: i just want people to make her think. challenge her opinions, tell her she's wrong! she's very easy to wind up (as ambrose got to find out in her intro) and especially stubborn & opinionated — but equally eager to help and especially compassionate. come find whatever side of the coin you like.
OTHER i'm on unofficial hiatus through the end of the month so i won't be able to start any new plot things until november, but i very much want to! do all the things!
