I don't want to speak for everyone, because there are definite concerns that are more of a me thing, but I'd say probably... supplies running out, the town getting reset - that involves us dying, by the way, and being horribly attacked by forest spirits, other people being idiots and sailing ferries into docks, getting eaten by space creatures that consume entire worlds...
